Our organic pork belly rind off can be ordered as a 250g or 400g cut. Rind off means less fat and therefore lower calories per gram compared to rind on.

Our pork belly is very different to the intensively farmed versions. The pork tastes almost sweet and the layer of fat is thick and extremely nutritious.

Great when oven roasted or sliced thinly and used in hot pot.
